System Diagnostics
Our comprehensive system diagnostics service forms the basis for many of our in-store services.
Our Flatten & Re-install and Full System Service products both incorporate this diagnostic service at no extra cost.
Sometimes, you might just need to know what is wrong with your machine, perhaps so you can fix it yourself. Our System Diagnostics service includes an in-depth hardware test with an industry-leading diagnostic application, and a thorough manual check-over by one of our experienced technicians.
You will then receive a report containing the results of these tests, as well as a quote to correct any issues uncovered.
Flatten & Re Install
Whilst a re-install of Windows should be the last resort in any troubleshooting procedure, it is useful for clearing a machine of any existing settings & data, not to mention any awkward problems that can’t be fixed by conventional methods.
You can rest assured that with our Flatten & Re-Install service, your machine will be returned to you with a fully activated copy of Microsoft Windows, all outstanding Microsoft updates and a basic software-set to get you back up & running.
We can also tailor the installation to your needs at no extra cost. This might involve the installing of specific programs or printer software. Just ask the technician when you book your machine in with us and such customisation’s can be noted.
Full System Service
First up is a run through our System Diagnostics program. This initial check gives us a feel for the machine and highlights any hardware problems that may not have been obvious to the user.
The system is then booted up and a full day’s worth of servicing begins. There is simply too much to list here exact list available on request), but rest assured any problems that were evident on the machine when you dropped it in will be eradicated before you get the machine back.
Problems could include malware infections, operating system error messages…. or in fact anything that affects the machine’s normal operation. Prior to completion the machine will also receive a full cosmetic check & clean to leave you feeling like you’re getting a new PC.
Hardware & Software
Wanting to upgrade your computer hardware? to increase your computers performance! Or maybe you are having issues installing software onto your computer. One of our expert technicians can carry out the install of hardware or software for only a small fee, Our usual turnaround time is 1-2 days if parts are in stock. In the event parts need to be ordered please allow 3-5 working days for work to be completed. Please note, the price does not include PARTS!

DC Socket Repair

Having trouble with your device at home?
In the event that a problem can’t be resolved remotely, and requires an onsite call out , our dedicated Technical Engineers will travel to the site your device is located, and resolve the issue.
Your on-site appointment, will me dealt with as soon as possible – so you have simple peace of mind that you’re problem will be resolved promptly.
